    • PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Failure to take a drug test when scheduled immediately disqualifies you from employment. If the test result is positive, any job offer will be considered revoked and the employee will be not be allowed to start work or will be removed from the job.
    • Your hiring must be approved by the appropriate Senior Manager.
    • If applying for a job in Montana, you must complete union membership requirements, if applicable to the position.
    • Complete and sign the Form I-9 and provide the identification necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Form I-9.
    • Complete and sign the W-4 form.
    • Reading and signing acknowledgements for various other COP documents including but not limited to the following: COP Safety Handbook and the COP Employee Handbook - the Handbooks Acknowledgement Form; Applicant Alcohol/Drug Screen Acknowledgment and the Acknowledgement, Waiver, Agreement and Receipt of Substance Abuse Policy & Procedures Program Form; Motor Vehicle Report Release Form; and, the Training Session on Hazard Communication.
    • Complete COP’s Safety Orientation and sign the necessary forms acknowledging that orientation.
    • Complete any additional training, testing or documentation which may be required by the Owner on a particular construction project.
