Andy started with COP in January of 2016 as a laborer and was recently promoted to Project Engineer at P66. Andy is originally from Sidney, he worked in the oil fields for 8 years before moving to Billings. When not working Andy like to hunt, fish, camp and spend time with his family. Congratulations Andy!

The Harrow Drive reconstruction project, from Rimrock Road to the north, is now under construction. The reconstruction project improves the existing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain infrastructure, installs curb and gutter, and new asphalt pavement. The project is anticipated to be complete in early November.
