We are excited to work with the City of Billings on the West End Raw Water Pipeline Project as the CM/GC contractor. This is going to be a great project for our community and we are honored to be a part of it!

Connor Butterfield joined COP on August 23rd, 2021, as an Assistant Program Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah. Connor was born and raised in Utah, he got his degree in Civil Engineering and is excited to now be on the building side of projects. Connor grew up racing motorcross and rides still just for fun. He enjoys camping, flying, and snowboarding. Welcome to the team, Connor!
